Slow Motion Videos of Advanced Pitching a

even demonstrated. These should serve as great resources for your
advanced baseball pitchers! Note that most doctors and coaches
recommend that younger players under the age of 15 not throw a
curveball due to the stress it can cause on the elbow of a younger
player.
